Founder and Director, James Massey established Grace Financial Services and Grace Loans back in 2013 with his daughter, Bethany joining the ranks in 2016.

Their goal was to establish a Financial Services practice that was ethical, honest and put the clients well-being first. Often as part of a large company, or franchise, brokers and advisers are limited to providing clients with products or information that may not always be the best possible scenario for them. As a small, independent company, we are free to give our clients honest and impartial advice without limitations that could stand in the way of the client getting the best possible scenario.

Bethany has been writing loans for Grace since 2016, and holds her Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking and is familiar with loan application process for over 40 lenders and their niches. She is able to assist with complex lending such as church workers' tax-free income, self-employed applicants, buying out partially inherited properties, business loans secured by owner-occupied properties, cross-collateralized securities, Self-Managed Superfunds and trusts as borrowers.

As the landscape is constantly shifting post-royal commission, it's wise to keep in communication with Bethany for the latest updates that may affect your future applications. She can ensure that you set yourself up for success before submitting your application with a bank or lender.

Emilee joined Grace Loans in 2021 and has completed her Certificate III and IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Emilee is currently working on her Diploma and is well on her way to being a proficient and compassionate broker.
